This delicious and super healthy smoothie recipe is by Ty from Green Regimen. We did a collab at the Tastemade studios in Santa Monica. This smoothie is a great source of natural energy and uses Japanese green tea matcha powder.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup of Ice

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Cup of Spinach

  • 1/2″ (Half Inch) of Ginger Root

  • 2 Teaspoons of Matcha Green Tea

  • 4 Dates (if necessary)

Instructions

  1. Simply add everything to a blender and whiz until smooth
