This is a real treat to have a birthday party or celebration. It's so easy and quick to whip in advance too. The chocolate, soft marshmallows with the crunchy Cinnamon Toast and nuts makes this a delectable party nibble.
Ingredients
400g dark or milk chocolate
1 tbsp butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch
(optional 1 cup mixed nuts)
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in a heat proof bowl over a simmering pan of hot water
Leave to cool for 5 – 10 minutes
Stir in the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and marshmallows, and nuts if you’re using them
Pour into a tin lined with greaseproof paper and leave to chill in the fridge until hard
Roughly 2 hours
Once it’s hardened use a sharp knife and cut into chunks
