Chocolate and Raspberry French Toast with Rowse Raspberry Toppers

This is a different twist on the classic French Toast. Seeing as I love chocolate and raspberries together I thought it would be very nice to have them for breakfast!
Ingredients
4 x thick slices of brioche
3 eggs
120ml / 1/2 cup milk
1 ½ tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp caster sugar
Few blobs of butter to cook with.
To Serve:
2 – 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt, plain
Raspberry Rowse Toppers Honey
A small handful of fresh raspberries per person
Instructions
In a large bowl whisk the eggs, milk, sugar and cocoa powder together
Heat a large frying pan
Dunk the brioche into the eggy mixture, soaking both sides
Add a blob of butter to your heated pan
then place the soaked brioche into the pan and cook for 1 – 2 minutes each side until golden brown and all the egg is cooked through
You can normally fit 2 slices in the pan at one time depending how big your pan is
The heat needs to be medium to low or the brioche might burn before cooking through
Serve your French toast hot, straight from the pan
With dollop of Greek natural yogurt, a large drizzle of raspberry honey and a few raspberries on top
Only one word… YUM!!!
