An easy and healthy breakfast recipe that fills you up and get's your day off to a good start. You can use gluten free oats if you cannot eat gluten.
Ingredients
½ cup porridge oats (use gluten free oats)
1 cup milk (can be dairy free milk)
dash of honey (or agave if vegan)
1/2 banana
Instructions
Heat the milk gently in a pan, add the oats and stir until you get a lovely thick porridge
If you like it runnier just add more milk
Serve with a drizzle of honey if you like and some chopped bananas on top for a super way to start your day
You can add whatever toppings you fancy to your porridge
