I drink this every morning to help keep my immune system strong and also to give my metabolism a bit of a boost. It’s definitely made me feel better and I hope it works for you too.
Ingredients
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Agave / Honey
Hot Water
Instructions
Just add everything to a mug with the hot water and give it a stir… enjoy!
