Pick me Up smoothie I did a great collaboration video this week with Nichola Whitehead from Nic’s Nutrition on YouTube. We decided to help you get through the party season and all the drinking that’s involved. She made a hangover juice to re boost your body, and I made an afternoon smoothie that will give you a burst of energy and goodness to get you through the day. Ingredients

  • 1 banana chopped (frozen)

  • 1 cup hulled strawberries

  • 1 glass fresh orange juice

Instructions

  1. Simply blend all together to make a energy boosting pick you up smoothie for that afternoon lull.

Notes

Strawberries have lovely antioxidants, banana is a great source of energy and potassium, and the orange juice is for your immune system as it has lot’s of vitamin C.
