This smoothie will give you boost of energy you need for breakfast in the morning and it takes 2 minutes to make.
Ingredients
1 x banana
1 x cup ice cubes
1 cup milk (or any non dairy milk)
2 tbsp porridge oats
1 tbsp honey (Or agave)
2 heaped tbsp. peanut butter smooth (vegan PB if vegan)
Instructions
Blend everything together until smooth using a food processor or smoothie blender
Pour into a glass and enjoy
