This delicious and super healthy smoothie recipe is by Ty from Green Regimen. We did a collab at the Tastemade studios in Santa Monica. This smoothie is a great source of natural energy and uses Japanese green tea matcha powder.
Ingredients
2 Cups of Almond Milk
1/2 Cup of Ice
1 Banana
1 Cup of Spinach
1/2″ (Half Inch) of Ginger Root
2 Teaspoons of Matcha Green Tea
4 Dates (if necessary)
Instructions
Simply add everything to a blender and whiz until smooth
