Learn how to make a fresh creamy coleslaw, perfect for some summer loving BBQ's

Ingredients

• ½ white cabbage
• 3 medium sized carrots
• 1 red onion
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp soft brown sugar / or caster sugar
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• salt
• pepper

Instructions

1. Finely chop the cabbage and onions, grate the carrots and put in a large bowl
2. Mix together the ingredients for the dressing and pour on top and mix in well
3. This can be made the day before and will still be crunchy for the next day

Great cheap dish to bring to a BBQ if strapped for cash!
