This incredibly creamy tasting smoothie is a must try, it's a smoothie or shake commonly found in Vietnam and the avocado in it is so good for you.
Ingredients
1 ripe hass avocado
• 1 cup / 240ml soya milk
• ½ cup condensed milk
• 1 ½ cups crushed ice
• pinch salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz until you have a really smooth smoothie.
You can add more milk if you want it a bit runnier
If you prefer it sweeter just add a little more condensed milk
