Avocado Smoothie

This incredibly creamy tasting smoothie is a must try, it's a smoothie or shake commonly found in Vietnam and the avocado in it is so good for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe hass avocado

  • • 1 cup / 240ml soya milk

  • • ½ cup condensed milk

  • • 1 ½ cups crushed ice

  • • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz until you have a really smooth smoothie.

  2. You can add more milk if you want it a bit runnier

  3. If you prefer it sweeter just add a little more condensed milk
