No Cook Breakfast Oats

This recipe was inspired by my friend Katie who is a huge fan of chocolate and bananas and eating healthy. I love this recipe as it’s just a super quick breakfast idea that you make the night before and then grab and go in the morning. The oats soak up the milk and have time to go soft over night in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats

  • 1 cup milk – which ever you like

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp flaked coconut

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a jar and leave in the fridge over night. The next morning they will be all soft and ready to eat! So you can have breakfast on the run, or take it to school or work with you. A simple healthy recipe for breakfast!
