It's Christmas! Time to get all your trimmings sorted and so here is my recipe for a festive stuffing...
Ingredients
500g 2 ½ cups -sausage meat
140g / 2 ½ cups bread crumbs (3 slices of bread)
Zest of 1 orange
½ the juice of 1 orange
Big handful of fresh sage or 2 tsp of dried sage
1 white onion
1 large egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to Gas 5 or 190c / 375F
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
Roll into balls or use it to stuff the turkey
If you’re cooking it separately to the turkey, roll into balls and cook in the oven for approximately 30 minutes
